As of 1 January 2024, Oleodinamica 2Mp S.r.l. and Oleodinamica Marchesini S.p.A. merged by incorporation.

The Oleodinamica 2mp production unit remains active for all intents and purposes, maintaining the current product lines under the Oleodinamica Marchesini S.p.A. brand.
